Ádám graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Law, in 2012. After graduation, he worked in the tax law group of Baker & McKenzie and Jalsovszky Law Firm, a leading Hungarian law firm in the field of tax law in Budapest as a trainee lawyer and later as an attorney.
Ádám primarily advises clients on tax and closely related economic law issues.
In the field of taxation, Ádám has outstanding experience in tax litigation, having successfully represented several Hungarian and foreign companies before the tax authorities at various stages of tax proceedings, from the initiation of the audit to the conclusion of the court proceedings.
In addition to, and partly because of this, he frequently advises clients on tax matters, in particular VAT. Clients value Adam’s experience in tax litigation not only because he can provide them with a detailed explanation of the law, but also because he can provide them with an insight into the practice of the tax authorities in a given case.
Adam’s aim, together with his colleagues at Niveus Legal, is to provide clients with complex advice that addresses not only the classic legal dilemmas but also the tax aspects of the transaction.
