The legal consultancy business of the Niveus Group started its operations in 2019 and has been mainly focusing on tax law, tax consultancy and representation in tax litigation matters.

At the beginning of 2023, Dr Tamás Róbert Halmos and Dr Zoltán Jánosi, who together have collected nearly 30 years of professional experience at the Hungarian office of the reputable Hogan Lovells international law firm, embarked on the path of independence and established the Halmos and Jánosi Law Firm, and joined the Niveus Group. With their expertise and experience, they have broadened the range of legal services provided by Niveus Legal in the fields of real estate, corporate, M&A, data protection and dispute resolution. As a result of the above, the Niveus Legal | Halmos and Jánosi Law Office partnership was formed.
