Miklós graduated from Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Law, in 2011. Miklós is a lawyer and a certified tax expert (specialising in income tax and sales tax), and joined Niveus Legal in 2021, where he is a legal and taxation expert.
Previously, he worked for nearly 10 years in Hungarian and international law firms. During his office career, he has been involved in several high-value M&A transactions and supported as lead counsel one of the most significant projects in Hungary involving foreign investors. Subsequently, he was the legal director of a Hungarian start-up.
Since 2019, Miklós has been a lecturer in taxation for economists at the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church.
His main areas of expertise are corporate law and sales taxation. He works in Hungarian, English and Chinese.
