Eszter graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Lóránd University in 2005, and later conducted PhD research at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences on the trends of the full and partial public domain release of copyright works.In 2008, she became an information communication lawyer after graduating from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Pécs.
She gained her professional experience in the IT consultancy sector, where she continues to carry out expert and project management roles alongside her legal practice.
Her area of expertise is dealing with legal problems related to the use of copyrighted works in a digital environment, in particular, the use of software, including key copyright and licensing matters, as well as providing legal support for client needs related to software agreements and software distribution. As a legal advisor, she also participates in software vendor audits and provides copyright and licensing expertise in connection with IT public procurement procedures. She also has experience in handling legal matters related to the visual arts and the art market.
She is a lecturer of the infocommunications law postgraduate programme of the University of Pécs, Faculty of Law.
She is a member of the Council of Copyright Experts.
